With so much misinformation on the Internet and in the media, Andy’s teaching tools cut through the BS to get to the heart of what actually improves your health.

Using programs that are guided by science, you’ll be able to see as well as feel the results. But these are not get-results-quick programs, because those kind of programs actually hurt you.

4-Week Introductory Program
4 Week Program

Weight gain is connected to so much more than food. That’s why most diets work for a while but eventually fail. It’s not your fault. Along with your weight gain, you may also be suffering from digestive and skin issues, sleep problems, hormone fluctuations, and stress and anxiety.

Once you begin to solve the real issues causing your weight gain, the body falls into balance. Only then can you begin working on lasting weight loss.

Our 4-week foundational course offers you access to a weekly coaching video that helps you understand your weight-gaining issues and lays the foundation to a better weight-loss journey.

Metabolic Mastery Program

12-Week Program – Level 1

During the 12-week Metabolic Mastery Program, Andy will help you build a healthy metabolism, start to find balance, and heal your body. This is the only way you’ll lose weight and keep it off. This is a fact.

Andy also offers you positive reinforcement and advice on how to have a better relationship with food, get more restful sleep, ease pain and anxiety, and heal old issues. As you work through your health concerns, you’ll become empowered to break free from the negativity that causes illness and weight gain and learn how to be well again.

LEVEL 1 OPTION

How it works

Included in Level 1:

Community group sessions.

Andy will hold weekly virtual group sessions (through Zoom) for those who would like some extra reinforcement to achieve their goals. During the one-hour session, you get the chance to be inspired by others who are seeing results, ask questions and learn about what’s working for them.

Unlimited 90-minute lab work assessments.

Specific blood panels and hair tissue analysis will be done to track your progress and check which nutrients are out of balance. It is important to establish the proper foundation of vitamins and minerals, hormones, and thyroid levels, before overall metabolic health can occur. This is also used to understand more deeply our stress patterns and how we can improve our stress resilience for optimal health.

How the lab work works.

• You can ask your doctor for specific lab work or Andy will provide an option for you to order it yourself.

• Once lab work is completed, you’ll schedule a 90-minute Zoom meeting with Andy to discuss results. (The meeting will be recorded for your later use.)

• Andy will connect your previous stress patterns to your current lab work and create a personalized action plan for you.

• With training in Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis and as a Root Cause Protocol Consultant, Andy has a deep understanding of how to read blood lab work, as well as hair/tissue mineral analysis.

Throughout the program, you’ll learn how to:

• Stop carb cravings. Learn how to tolerate carbs (like fruit) so it doesn’t give you a sugar dump, increase insulin and shock your system.

• Get custom nutrition and supplement recommendations, as well as personalized lifestyle and fitness tips.

• Increase your body’s ability to make and create energy while decreasing your stress load.

• Eliminate the little stressors in your life that keep your body in fight-or-flight mode.

• Get the tools you need to help better understand your personal stress history.

• Receive direct feedback on your progress so you stay motivated throughout the entire process.

• Gain long-term success – not short-term gains from fads like fasting.

• Keep listening to your body to achieve lasting results.
